做厙輦⑹

Our Story...

...Is Your Story

80 years ago, when a visionary leader and 62 faculty members had the guts to go against the norms of exclusion in favor of inclusion. They went against the discriminatory practices of higher education in 1945. When asked to limit access because of race, religion and gender, they simply said, We dont count that way.

Our history is grounded in courage, acceptance and a commitment to social justice.

Principles. Courage. Grit. A willingness to be the first. Whatever your background, wherever youre from, well help you unleash your potential.

Social Justice in Action

做厙輦⑹s culture and mission stem from the commitment to social justice on which the University was founded. Over the years, 做厙輦⑹ has fortified our dedication to our democratic ideals through learning that transcends the classroom.
